Radiating pain in left thigh. from anterior to posterior thigh, shin and calf. i've had many negative ultrasounds on leg. should i worry of blood clot?

Unlikely: If you have had negative ultrasound exams i think it would be unlikely due to a blood clot. I would recommend discussing other potential causes such as sciatica with your regular physician. A thorough examination may reveal some hints. Further imaging of the low back may be indicated.
