Fatigue: Feeling tired can have many causes. Sometimes after a viral infection fatigue can be severe, but this usually gets better with time. A lymphocyte count of 3.7 is not low and would not cause fatigue (but a low lymphocyte count is sometimes seen after a viral infection).
