Not sure exactly: what you mean, as lymphocytes are the white blood cells that require a microscope to identify. Did you have an imaging study of the neck that demonstrated "lymph nodes" where certain types of infection fighting cells reside? Or did you have some sort of biopsy of a neck lesion that demonstrated many white blood cells? It's hard to better guide you without more information.
