How long?: Have these symptoms been present for long? Is your nose blocked because of crusty secretion and not turbinate swelling? If this has been present for more than a month, you may be suffering from sicca syndrome in which the glands secreting tears, saliva, and nasal mucus are no longer fully functioning.
