Sorry, no: More Provera (medroxyprogesterone) does not 'flush out' provera (medroxyprogesterone). In fact nothing does. It can normally take months even to a year to resume cycling after dmpa. If this is the reason you don't have a period, taking more privera will probably not even give you a period. If your Estradiol level is over 40-50 there is a chance you may respond.
