Fever: Fever is a manifestation of an inflammatory process, often infection, but without being able to gather a detailed history and do an exam have no idea why you have this temperature elevation. If you feel badly, go and see a doctor and get this evaluated.

Antipyretic : This means that your temperature us going up, you should take a medication like Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen to bring it down.
