I injured my wrist july/2013 still hurts when i move it and friends say it might be a torn ligament landed on it with hand upward what would it need?

Need examination: First your wrist pain needs a firm diagnosis.'sprains' after a fall can sometimes be fractures( scaphoid commonly missed). See an ors for examination, x-rays and other studies if needed( MRI ). Good luck!
