Depends on severity: Ligament injuries of the hand/wrist, as with all joint injuries, are classified as "sprains." time to healing depends on the severity of injury and the joint involved. Low grade sprains heal relatively quickly, about 3-6 weeks. Higher grade sprains can take several months to heal. Some high grade sprains require a period of immobilization to heal adequately while others require surgery.

Depends...: A proper evaluation is required. Some ligamnets will only heal properly if treated with surgery. Overall it will take you around 6-8 weeks. Need to see a specialist and you may need xrays or a mri.
