I know the normal p for exercise but what is a normal heart walking non exercise just getting up to walk across the room. i am 19 and it gets to 140s.

Tachycardia: Simply walking across the room should not put your pulse to the 140/minute level. Generally, a resting pulse or minimal activity is between 60-100. Get an eval by a cardiologist for your rapid heart rate. Best wishes.
