What do drs mean by breast dimpling? i have dimpling only while lying flat on my back or when pushing in on my breasts. it is not there when standing?

Dimpling: Not sure if this is what you are referring to, but as part of a comprehensive breast exam, viewing the breast when bent over forward, having them "hang down" , ..A dr. Will look for dimpling, ...Which is when there may be a tumor in the deep tissue that would pull the skin back towards it thus causing a "dimpling" appearance of the breast in that area. See your dr. If concerned.
