Just about.: Sounds to me that you have not corrected the common activity in your life that is causing your pain. Rhomboid pain usually comes for everyday act.Ivities like reading, knitting, and especially protracted computer use. Muscles do heal, but sometimes with a bit of scar tissue, that can cause the continued pain.

Not a true condition: I doubt that is the cause of chronic pain. Overstretched is not a true condition. Look for other causes of the pain.
