Viral: It is cold and flu season and odds are he has a stomach bug. He could also have eaten something that disagreed and is vomiting as a result of that. Fever may come in a few hours if it is viral. If he continues vomiting and cannot keep anything down- with or without fever, he needs to be seen, .
