Yes, back to NL: Mefenamic acid is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug used to help with pain of endometriosis. Its like taking advil (ibuprofen) or Aspirin for pain but it works better for pain of menstruation and endometriosis. It does not interfere with fertility when you stop it and the effect is immediate.
