If infertile women go and get the fertility shots for art, what are the possible birth defects?

None known: All evidence consistently shows no increased risk (over natural) of any anomaly or abnormality in kids born with fertility medicines - none at all. A very specific case of art, ivf with icsi, continues to be studied for whether or not there is a very small increase (around 2-3%) in risk of congenital anomalies.
