Screws removed from my ankle a month ago. ultrasound shows calcium where screws were-causing pain. anything i can do to help the pain? treatment?

Screws: It is common for the bone to wall off if you will the screw (foreign body). Your surgeon should debrided that deposit off when removing the hardware. Modification of shoe gear may help but ultimately you may need these deposits removed. Some local compounding creams may help smooth pain but ultimately those deposits may need to be physically removed!
