doc prescribed shortwave diathermy n ultrasound therapy twice a week for my ankle tendon strain. must i adhere to it strictly n go twice a week?

??: That is a good question with out a good answer i doubt that there is any good "evidence based" studies to support that treatment or any particular protocol try wrapping it with plastic wrap at bed time to see if that helps do you wear an ankle brace those help some times but in general adherence to prescribed treatment is usually the best idea.
