Brain exercise: First, you need a very thorough evaluation by a neuropsychologist to assess every last little part of your brain to determine all the areas that may be affected, get a baseline of your function, and see how mild/severe your current problems are. Then and only then can recommendations be made (and there are lots!) of how to exercise those specific areas of brain to optimize function and reduce loss.
