Will gliosis of the white matter of the left occipital lobe cause one eye to be larger than other?

No: Not sure what is involved with gliosis of occipital area, but regardless of specifics, this does not affect eye size. Not sure what has been done so far, but might pursue you findings further and see a local neurologist.

No, it should not.: Gliosis of the occipital lobe should not cause any anatomic differences in your eyes. You should have the gliosis evaluated and followed if it has not been already though.
