Interesting question: I have not found any publications specifically studying this question. Antipsychotics and Prozac (fluoxetine) can affect prolactin, potentially changing sex hormone levels. This may or may not relate to shbg levels, though. I did find one small (20 patients) study online concerning low testosterone levels and antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction: http://tinyurl.Com/mk84cfr further research needed.
