B-vitamins and ect: Check with you md 1st but you may consider supplements of b-vitamins such as a super b-complex. In addition you may consider taking panax ginseng which may help with your fatigue as well as improve athletic performance. If you decide to take these, monitor your BP and report significant elevations to your md I do wonder, which antihistamine are you taking and how often do you take it?
