Sexual side effects: I understand your distress due to sexual side effects with Sertraline and Effexor (venlafaxine). Discuss with Psychiatrist for Diagnosis of Depression or Anxiety; Use of Lorazepam or Alprazolam for Anxiety; and for Depression with the lowest sexual side effects- Bupropion (Wellbutrin, Aplenzin, Forfivo XL) Mirtazapine (Remeron) Vilazodone (Viibryd) Have Therapy for stresses of life, relationship and sexuality
