Left tonsil about 30% larger than right (chronically) 2 very large crator like holes in it .right has holes but not inflamed, see ent next week but scared of ca, sore throat often throughout year?

Not scared.: "craters" in the tonsils are normal. A chronically enlarged tonsil is very unlikely to represent cancer. Such asymmetry sometimes occurs naturally.

Unilateral enlarged: A unilateral enlarges tonsil is concerning. It could be lymphoma but is most likely tonsillitis that is chronic. Follow up with ear nose ; throat doctor asap. If it is tonsillitis you may only need antibiotics, if it is suspicious then a biopsy and imaging. Go see your ent.
