You felt differently: Apparently, alcohol made you feel differently - possibly, calmer, more relaxed, disinhibited. He also possible, that you have a problem with blood sugar regulation: alcohol is an easy fuel, even easier then a carbohydrate. Talk to your doctor.

Let Wise person in you ask: • Present Stresses in life- marriage, relationships, work, and finances • Past unresolved feelings, experiences and conflicts • How have these affected you- feeling overwhelmed when you had craving for Alcohol • Is Craving a Warning sign for you? • Need to see a Therapist for these.
