A common question: This is a question i get almost daily in my practice. The solution is simple to articulate, but extremely difficult to do - you have to eat less. If you are overweight and cutting calories, your body is both hanging on to fat and making you feel hungry - this is hard to fight, but possible. Pick one dietary goal at a time that you are 80% sure you can do; not too hard, not too easy. You can do it!
