You might have: An abscess, which requires immediate care in order avoid serious complications. There are no home remedies. Please seek dental or medical care as soon as possible.

No: You are risking your general health by putting off treatment for the toothache. Sounds like the infection, if present, is spreading and can get into the bloodstream and the sinus cavities creating all kinds of health chaos. Check for the number of a state dental society number and possibly they can refer you to a clinic that can treat you economically.

If: If you can afford a computer and internet access, you can afford dental care. No, there are no home remedies, homeopathic solutions, otc pills, salves, or snake oil that will cure an abscessed (badly infected) tooth. If you think things are bad now, wait until tomorrow when the spreading infection has you hospitalized. You can't neglect your health and expect miracles. See a dentist...Now!

No home remedy here: This is a serious problem and needs help. I would strongly recommend that you look for a dental clinic that treats on a sliding scale based on income. You should call your local board of health for assistance in hooking you up with help.
