I experience wrist pains whenever i play tennis. is there something i can do to support my wrists and/or prevent this.

Diagnose first, then: Treat--a good general rule. Certainly you could try a soft wrist splint but this may decrease your mobility to an unacceptable degree. The best thing to do is to see a hand surgeon, who can probably help you determine the problem and your options to take care of it. Good luck!
