No: Most likely an overuse tendinitis. Best to use ice in the area 20 to 30 minutes on, 20 to 30 minutes off several times a day. Use over-the-counter anti-inflammatory per label directions. Layoff the tennis for a few days. If no improvement in 7 to 10 days or worse, see your doctor. Hope this is helpful. Best of luck with this.
