27 weeks pregnant short cervix 1.1.having strong cramps around my ovaries.can't move when i get this pain, happens when i'm laying down. what can it be?

Go to L;D: At 27 weeks with a cervix of 1.1 cm, and pain, i would recommend you go to l;d to get checked out. Cramping, even around the ovaries, could be a sign of early labor and you would want to make sure if that was case that baby got steroids to help accelerate lung development in the event of premature delivery. I would go now, just to be safe.
