Pressure on Cervix: Head down with baby on the cervix is normal for this time of pregnancy. It does not mean you will deliver soon. The position may actually change a lot. Tomorrow it may be breach and the next day it may be head down. It will probably remain head downwards. Get your leg cramps checked by the doctor since blood clots in pregnancy are more common than when you were not pregnant.
