Not really: Short answer: not possible. But, technically, if you have ovaries you can ovulate and therefore the ovum (egg) could get fertilized by sperm. However, there is no viable way for sperm to reach the egg and no where for it to go even if it did happen to get there. The cervix is the opening to the uterus, which is normally connected to the fallopian tubes where fertilization normally takes place.
