A member asked:

Could x-ray techs have to dissect a cadaver in school?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not usually: They might need a synthetic substitute but actual cadavers are hard to get and reserved for medical students. There are many atlases and other alternatives for students of x-ray technology.
