Not really: As long as UR don't have any problems relating to being uncircumcised & foreskin slides easily back & forth over glans, which is true for most uncircumcised men, & provided smegma is removed penis is kept clean. Similarly, a circumcised penis should be problem free as long as too much skin wasn't removed so that full erections can occur. Sex with circumcised penis is associated with more friction.
