Circumcision: I think you are saying that you can't get the bandage off after circumcision. You need to to see your doctor. He/she will be able to remove it safely and make sure everything is ok. Talk to your parents right now please. Peace and good health.

Unclear question: It is hurting you? If it is, that is not normal. You should be able to remove the bandage by now. It is your penis and you can remove the bandage. If the area is red, swollen or if there pus, you need to be treated by a doctor.
