Blood pressure: Elevated blood pressure at any age is of concern. At age 22 especially so.

You decide: Elevated blood pressure can signify a simple treatable issue, poor dietary choices, or a simple mistake in your bodies self regulation. Over time it can/will destroy your kidney function and make you at higher risk of heart disease, stroke & early death. With simple long term treatments these risks can be reduced or eliminated. Concern is a personal assessment. If this troubles you, I would be.
