See your doctor: Abdominal pain can be related to many things, from a mild intestinal illness to appendicitis. Without a complete history and physical exam, it is very difficult to advise. If you child has constant, severe, right lower abdominal pain, that is a concern for appendicitis. You should consult your Pediatrician and have your child examined.
