Fluttering in my upper right abdominal cavity, what's happening?

Maybe It's Twoo Wuv: It could be transmission from your heart.As long as by "fluttering"you mean a rapid pulsation.It could also be some twitching from your diaphragm.The heart thing has more serious ramifications so when it happens check your pulse.If it is rapid,then you need to see a doctor.If not, place your palm on your upper stomach area and feel for twitching.If nothing is found,see a doc if it lasts 2 weeks
