Bad breath from: You are probably not keeping that area clean enough. Brush, rinse and floss better and see your dentist to make sure the area is healing properly and whether or not you have other issues.

Rinsing: If the odor is coming from the surgical site it is most likely that you are collecting food in the area that hasn't healed completely. Irrigate it and keep it clean so it will finish healing. If you are having trouble see whoever removed your wisdom teeth for advice.
