please tell me, could spinal cord compression cause psychosis?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Tanya Russo
24 years experience Pediatrics
Doubtful: Compression if the cord would more likely produce weakness, pain or paralysis. Adverse reactions to medications used to treat the symptoms of compression could produce psychosis.
