Exercise with baby!: iLook into classes for mommy and baby exercise like yoga classes! Also, if you carry your baby in a carrier that can burn a lot of calories. If you are still breastfeeding you are burning 500 calories a day. Eat healthy - drink water and avoid fried food and soda. GIve yourself a little over a year to get back to your "old self." Get a stroller with good wheels and take long walks.
