No: Alcohol poisoning is the same as passing out drunk, except that you don't wake up. If people drink too much too fast they fall asleep and gradually slow down their breathing until they stop, and then their heart stops. Or, they vomit and aspirate and that causes pneumonia and low blood oxygen. Death can occur, and people who survive may have brain damage from prolonged lack of oxygen. Get help.
