Good day I would like to know except bed rest what can help me with hip joint pain. It is so unbearable, it's painful when I walk, sit, get up and even trying to change positions when sleeping. I unfortunately cannot take leave now.
My hips and lower back kill me after a few hours of being in the bed. I try to change positions but no matter which position i lay in i wake up hurting. I'm always up early because by the time morning arrives i'm in so much pain i can't sleep any longer.
