Orthodontist: Check with your orthodontist as to identify the cause of broken bracket. Many times it is the malocclusion from the opposing teeth causing the loose bracket. Selective grinding, occlusal adjustment, and bracket relocation should solve the problem.

Don't treat yourself: You really need to get back into the orthodontist (or dentist if the case is being done by a dentist.) you need a professional, knowledgeable practitioner who can re bond the bracket.

Training?: Are any of the "many" who suggested incorrect treatment qualified dentists? If not, they are qualified only to do you harm. If you needed open heart surgery would you go to the "many" for advice? Please call whoever placed your appliances for immediate repair. If brace broken, teeth may be moving in wrong direction ultimately lengthening your time in treatment.
