No: Braces are used to align teeth dentures are used to replace teeth once they are pulled.

Depends: I have to assume that you are talking partial dentures, either fixed or removable. You can have braces if enough teeth are remaining, but most likely the partial denture/s would have to be removed while the braces are on and the partial denture/s would need to be remade to fit the new position of the teeth. You need to see an orthodontist to see if feasible and possible. Full dentures--no.

No: Braces move vital teeth, denture teeth are plastic embedded in plastic, and as such cannot move.
