Walking works: Any exercise is good. Do something you enjoy and you'll be more likely to do it! Walking is perfectly good exercise. Take earphones and your MP3 player or bring your best friend with you. Bicycling and swimming are excellent too. Yoga's good. Golf, tennis, basketball. Go for it!
