Post COVID 19 ?: Based on the limited information provided, if you have symptoms of fatigue and postnasal drip you should still keep isolated and have not recovered. Be surre that before you see a doctor, you make them aware of your symptoms

COVID 19: If you have significant fatigue, you may not be ready to get back into your exercise routine. When you do, use common sense. Your body has just been through a battle and you may be deconditioned. Your doctor should be able to clear you and can provide guidance on how to pace yourself.
