Dairy allergy: If you have a true dairy or milk protein allergy, the best answer is to avoid dairy. Some people are able to tolerate different forms of dairy, such as "baked milk" which is milk in small quantities baked into another food. I recommend seeing a board certified allergist to obtain further evaluation and advice, which may include blood and skin tests.
