Pelvic stabilization: My clinical experience has been to find a marked association between ibs symptoms and pelvic girdle sacroiliac joint instability. I have presented my data on a blog (pain syndromes) under my name at quora.Com. At boa.Com there is more information about pelvic girdle instability and a special belt that can be used to stabilize this joint and thereby reduce low back pain.

Work on IBS: If you decrease your ibs you may have less back pain if they are related. Consider working on ibs with stress reduction, probiotics, fiber, lifestyle and diet.
