Other possibilities: There are other hormonal problems that mimic pms, so this might be possible, although if you experience symptoms at the same range of time every month then most likely associated with it. Some women do not respond to certain birth control pills so they need reevaluation and consider other options for treatment which might be another type of birth control or other meds used for pms symptoms.
