Yes, there is a wearable defibrillator called the LifeVest, made by Zoll, which is an undergarment used for sudden death prophylaxis. There is also an ICD that is inserted under the skin whose lead (or wire) runs only under the skin, and not into the heart itself, which is a little less invasive.
