New Delhi?: I've never been in New Delhi, so I can't comment on life there. Other than feeling a chunk of equipment in the shoulder where the ICD is implanted, life should be unchanged. If it EVER goes off, you'll be alive (whereas without it, you would be dead). Think of it as a guardian angel sitting on your shoulder.
